Clover's palace... Le palais de Clover...

We are doing renovations so I can have a craft/laundry room (instead of the current laundry/storage room) and I can hardly wait until it is ready. One of the necessary changes is that Clover moves from his protable crate to his own private room under the stairs, complete with a nice comfy doggy bed. (Yes, I know, it means that HE got to use MY room first!).

So, how does one convince an old dog that the new room is a good thing? By holding a roomwarming party in there! (And confirms that it is spacious enough since 2 kids, an energetic dog and a mom can fit in there!)

On fait des rénovations pour que je puisse avoir ma salle de bricolage/lavage (au lieu de la salle de lavage/rangement actuelle) et j'ai tellement hâte qu'elle soit prête! Un des changements nécessaire est que Clover doit déménager de sa cage à sa chambre privée sous les escaliers, où il y a maintenant un bon lit pour chien douillet. (Oui, je sais, ça veut dire qu'IL utilise MA pièce en premier!)

Donc, comment convaincre un vieux chien qu'une chambre neuve est une bonne chose? En ayant un petit party là-dedans! (Et en confirmant que la chambre est assez grande puisque deux enfants, un chien énergétique et une mère y entre!)
